At Shopella, we work with trusted international suppliers through BrandsGateway, delivering authentic luxury fashion items directly from Europe to your doorstep.
Please read the following information carefully to understand how shipping works.

1. Order Processing

Once you place an order, it is automatically processed by our international fulfillment partners.
Processing time is typically 1–5 business days depending on item availability and quality control checks.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available).

2. Shipping Rates

All rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD):

Availability depends on destination and item type. The option will appear at checkout if supported by the supplier.

Free Shipping: Orders over $450 AUD qualify for free worldwide shipping.

2. Shipping Times

All orders are shipped from our European suppliers and typically arrive within:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–18 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–15 business days

  • Other countries: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, or peak season demand.

3. Multiple Shipments

Because we partner with multiple suppliers under the BrandsGateway network, your order may arrive in separate packages.
Each shipment will have its own tracking details if applicable.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and the total weight of your order.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

If you have not received tracking details within 7 days of purchase, contact us at info@shopella.com and we’ll assist you directly.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shopella has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

7. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Shopella cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Public holidays, natural events, or global shipping disruptions

We appreciate your patience when delays occur and will assist in tracking your parcel whenever possible.

8. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender due to incomplete or inaccurate details.

If your package is returned to us, reshipping costs may apply.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears lost or tracking has not updated for more than 20 business days, please contact us at info@shopella.com.
We will open an investigation with our shipping partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
