Shopella proudly ships worldwide — bringing you authentic luxury fashion and contemporary style directly from our trusted international suppliers.

1. Global Delivery

We partner with BrandsGateway and other verified global suppliers to offer safe and reliable international shipping.
All orders are processed and shipped directly from Europe or other international distribution centres.

Your items may arrive in more than one parcel, depending on the supplier, but this will not affect your shipping cost.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by region:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–18 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and do not include customs processing or local postal delays.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shopella cannot estimate these fees or control delays caused by customs.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

If tracking hasn’t updated after 10 business days, contact us at info@shopella.com.au so we can assist.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us.
We will liaise with our supplier and courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for delays caused by customs, postal services, or factors outside our control.

7. Packaging

All international orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Designer products may be shipped in branded or protective packaging, depending on the supplier’s handling process.
