At Shopella, we take pride in offering authentic luxury fashion items through our trusted international partner, BrandsGateway. Each order is carefully fulfilled and shipped directly from our European suppliers to ensure the highest quality and authenticity.

Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview

Because our products are sourced directly from BrandsGateway’s international warehouses, all orders are processed immediately after payment.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in the cases listed below.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered; or

  • You received the wrong product.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof (photos or videos) of the issue must be provided for assessment.

Once approved, we will provide further instructions regarding return authorization.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our international luxury dropshipping model, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories, swimwear, lingerie, or beauty items for hygiene reasons

  • Items returned without prior approval

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable international shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the return is approved, we will refund the product cost only — shipping fees are non-refundable.
