Delivery times can vary depending on your location, the shipping method you choose, and whether your item is in stock, made-to-order, or coming from overseas.

Processing Times

  • Clearance items: dispatched daily (same or next day).

  • Most other items: dispatched within 48 hours.

  • Some products (pre-order or made-to-order): can take 2–3 weeks or up to 6 weeks if manufacturing overseas.

  • During busy periods (sales, public holidays), dispatch may take up to 5 days.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 15–45 days (budget-friendly, slower delivery).

  • ePacket Shipping: 7–30 days (faster for small packages).

  • Premium Shipping: 7–15 days (reliable and quicker).

  • Express Couriers (DHL, FedEx): 3–10 days (fastest, higher cost).

Clearance Items (Orders under $99):

  • Standard: $5.99 (3–7 business days)

  • Tracked: $12.95 (3–7 business days)

  • Express: $14.95 (2–5 business days)

Non-Clearance Items (Orders under $99, shipped from China):

  • Standard: $5.99 (10–45 business days)

  • Tracked: $12.95 (10–45 business days)

  • Express: $14.95 (10–45 business days)

Orders over $99 (from China):

  • Standard: Free (10–35 business days)

  • Express: $9.95 (10–35 business days)


International Shipping

  • New Zealand: $14 Express (1–2 days) / Free over $150

  • Rest of World: $15 Express (2–5 days) / Free over $200

  • All international orders sent via DHL Express Worldwide.


Important Notes

  • All orders include a tracking number sent via email.

  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged parcels caused by Australia Post, DHL, or other couriers.

  • Please check your shipping address carefully during checkout — we can’t refund items returned for incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels.

  • International orders do not include local taxes/duties — these are the customer’s responsibility.
